Las Vegas Strip Club Etiquette
If you are a strip joint virgin or a casual connoisseur of Las Vegas strip clubs, you might not know that strip club etiquette is an unspoken rule, and while it may be unspoken, it does not mean it is any less important. There are over 20 gentlemen's clubs in Las Vegas, and the rules of etiquette are fairly similar. In my Step-by-Step Guide, I will take you through 7 of the most important things you need to know before stepping into a Sin City strip club. This should go without mentioning, but remember; you are in a gentlemen's club, so act like a gentleman!

Tip #1 Complimentary Transportation
We are direct partners with all the Gentlemen's Clubs in Las Vegas. When you book with Bachelor Vegas, we will send a vehicle direct from the Strip Club with the club's logo, and the driver will have your name and cell number. It is vitally important that you get into the vehicle that we send, and here's why. The limo, taxi, Uber, and Lyft drivers get paid to bring people to these Gentlemen's Clubs.
No matter what the drivers say, do not get into their rides because if you do, you will have to pay for the ride, and the Club will penalize you with an inflated cover charge of about $100, and you won't get any free drinks. That $50 gets kicked back to the driver, so not only are you paying for the ride, but you're paying for his kickback. This money you wasted unnecessarily could be going to lap dances and drinks. Most Bachelor Vegas package deals include a ride and perks like two free drinks and VIP entry. So, if you want to enjoy your titty bar experience, do not start it off by getting into the wrong vehicle. Please get into the vehicle that we send from the venue.
Big Tip: When we say, "complimentary transportation," please understand that is for the ride only; it does not include a gratuity to the driver. Please be sure to take care of your driver.

Tip #2 Strip Club Dress Code and Proper Attire
Be aware that the dancers notice what you're wearing, so dress to impress in upscale attire if you hope to get any attention. Stylish jeans, dress pants, and dress shoes are proper attire. The gentlemen's clubs are less strict than the Las Vegas nightclubs regarding shoes. Typically, a fashionable pair of sneakers like All-Star or Vans are acceptable. We have a section devoted to Strip Club Dress Code.
Below is the "NO-NO" List:
Bandannas, Beanies, or Do-Rags
Tank tops or sleeveless shirts
White T-Shirts
Jerseys
Sweatpants
Baggy Clothes
Athletic Gear
Shorts – Some Places Allow in the Summer
Open-toed shoes
Flip-flops or sandals
Tip #3 Strip Club Etiquette - Touching
Vegas is a no-touch city which means touching the entertainers is not allowed. But with every rule, there is usually an exception. Pro-tip: the best advice is to let the dancer take the lead. If she wants to put your hands on her body, that is her call. But if you don't have permission and take it upon yourself to be a "Grabby Joe," you will come face-to-face with an unhappy Las Vegas security guard, and trust me when I say you won't like that very much! Common sense will tell you that the more money you spend to get a private show, the more chances you will have to get up close and personal with an entertainer.
Tip #4 Business Lesson - The Women Pay to Be There
For those who don't know, every girl is an independent contractor, which means she is in business for herself. When she arrives at the club, she is charged a "house fee" for the privilege of working at that club for the night. The fee is based on the time of day or night she shows up. During peak hours, house fees can be up to $100 - $150 per girl. The ladies also have to tip the house mom, who helps with various things in the backroom, and a VIP Host or two depending on if they helped them get business, and possibly the DJ if songs were being requested. So, these girls are in the red before they even start their shift. Now they must work hard to make up those fees before they can start making their living. Knowing this might give you a better perspective of why their time is money. These ladies don't go to work to lose money; they are there to make money, and you're there to get entertained. The takeaway: the entertainment is not free.
If you like a girl's show onstage, consider tipping her. If the entertainer has a conversation with you, especially a lengthy one, consider tipping her. Every minute that girl spends on the floor, she is on the clock and has to be making money to turn a profit in this business.
The girls who do well in this profession are professional hustlers. They are seasoned and know what to say and how to get guys to spend money to hang out with them. Make sure if you agree to a service with one of the entertainers that it is crystal clear what you will be getting and how much it will cost. The last thing you want to do is run into an altercation with one of the ladies and meet with one of those unhappy security guards. It's also common courtesy to tip on top of whatever you agree to; for example, if you pay $100 for a VIP backroom experience and you are more than satisfied, a $20 tip is warranted.
Remember that the strip club staff are there to make money as well, like the VIP Hosts, transportation drivers, bartenders, servers, and bathroom attendants. Make sure you bring enough money for your drinks, tipping the entertainers and anybody else who is involved with showing you a good time.
