What is Club Promoter?
A Vegas club promoter is typically a guy or girl whose sole responsibility is to get people into a club or pool. When guests enter the venue via the tracked guestlist, they are called "returns." Promoters get paid based on the number of returns. In many cases, management will pay more for female returns than male returns. The Sin City return rate can vary by usually $5 for ladies and $1-3 for men. This is ass-backward in our opinion since guys spend more on drinks. The clubs don't want a "sausage fest." They would rather pack the club with pretty Vegas girls, atmosphere models and party girls which will likely get the bottle service customers spending.
What is a VIP Host?
Customers often get confused here and think that a Vegas club promoter and VIP hosts are the same. In some cities like Chicago and Miami, the title is one and the same. However, in Sin City, the VIP host's role is to cater to the bottle service and VIP service customers that typically spend money. Many VIP Hosts in town will take offense when called a promoter. Promoters can book bottle service as well, but for the most part, you will find them combing the Strip and trying to get patrons on the guestlist. On the other hand, hosts rarely, if ever, walk the Strip; they are typically in the office marketing and handling sales calls.
Independent Host vs. Club Host
Not all Hosts are created equally in this town. There are two very distinct types – the VIP Hosts who work at a club and the host who is independent and have their own business. For the record, Bachelor Vegas is a licensed Independent Host. The club Hosts typically care primarily about hitting revenue numbers and bonuses, while the “Indy Hosts” are more concerned about customer service and running a successful business. Indy Hosts work for the customer, not the club. The value of the service shows. We wrote a complete guide on Independent Hosts that includes licensing information and the advantages and disadvantages. Click on the button to check it out.
What does a Club Promotor do?
For the little respect the promoters get, their role in the Vegas club eco-system is vital. Without a crowd, you do not have a party. We have always believed if you throw a good party, the money will come. A good party has many components, good music and vibe, comfortable conditions, and most importantly, a fun and attractive crowd. The role of the promoter is to get the crowd to the club! On certain nights when ticket sales are strong, the management team might only want the promoters to recruit females. On other nights when the music talent is not a big draw, the promoter is called upon to flood the guest list with all shapes and genders.

Brian Pfeiffer on the Vegas Girl-Guy
All the major clubs in Vegas usually have one or two leading promoters that they call the girl-guys. The girl guy's role is to get girls to the club, organize the promoter table, and disperse girls to the paying bottle service customers. Usually, you will have to tip for the girl-girl promoter to bring you the top-tier girls. Typically, the girl guys have an extensive network on social media, and with other promoters, so they always have talent. They also use open-bar tactics and girl comps to lure in attractive females early. The Vegas clubs have it figured out. Males account for about 95% of the tables, and if you want them to spend money, the clubs and pool parties need to have a girl-guy system.
One note: we have a massive network of bottle service customers and females, so we always do our best to help out the groups of guys that book tables with us. If you think you might want to meet some stagettes or Vegas girls and your budget can't accommodate the excessive bottle service pricing or expensive activities, we have an incredible deal! The Las Vegas Party Pass is a great cost-saving opportunity. You will receive a wristband that allows immediate VIP entry to 5 nightclubs and 4 pools with no cover. This wristband sure beats dealing with a long guestlist and club tickets line and a Las Vegas Promoter.
Some other options for entry include paid VIP Entry, club tickets, the club crawl, cheap bottle packages, or a bar card. All are good options for one or two events.
