Elegant, exciting, energetic, stylish, rich, and new – all these words combined together can be used to describe the Tropicana Hotel and Casino's brand new venue, RPM. Opening on December 31st for the 2012 New Year, RPM will add a touch of class and elegance to the modernized nightclub scene in Las Vegas. Make no mistake, though, that while the club may look different from others, its soul purpose for existing is exactly the same.
Resident DJ, soulMILK, and the club's special guest DJ's offer up a vast array of music, ranging anywhere from hip-hop to Top 40 mash-ups. RPM's entrance opens up to the clubs main dance floor, which is sure to be overflowing on a nightly basis. To keep the entertainment alive, RPM will feature a slew of guest appearances by today's hottest celebrities, expertly trained dancers, and specialty acts to keep the club scene fresh. Separated from the rest of the nightclub is the Gaming Lounge – an area created to ensure guests never getting tired of RPM's amenities. Table games and roulette tables adorn this Gaming Lounge along with one of the club's three first class bars. The liquor at RPM is as high class as it gets with a premium bottle service that compliments the club's bars.
To battle the dreariness of the common work week, RPM has a small lineup of weekday events meant to keep the every day worker from falling victim to a drab routine. Wednesdays will be home to Industry Day (name subject to change), which will cater to those hard working individuals charged with keeping the city kept up and running smoothly. DJ sourMILK will be replaced with the club's second resident DJ, Hollywood, who will create the perfect tribute to the cities industry workers. As if to blast the senses of any individual to walk through the club's doors on a Friday evening, RPM will hold WTF Fridays as a kick-off for the weekend. The weekly line-up of special guest appearances is sure to attract a hefty crowed for WTF Fridays. Saturdays will be home to Unleashed, which will be chock full of celebrity hosts and surprise performances. Kicking off the very first Unleashed is the ever stunning Mary J Blige, who plans on ringing in the 2012 New Year in only a way Sin City can. Industry Day, WTF Fridays, and Unleashed will create the perfect weekly line-up of nightly parties.
To capture that elegant yet modern feel, RPM is decorated in an arrangement of classic, rich wood, white leather booths, and perfectly polished chrome accents. With top of the line décor, the best in resident and guest DJ's, and a vast array of appearances from the hottest stars, RPM is bound to blow the lid off of Sin City's nightclub scene with its grand opening for 2012. Opening in March of 2012 will be RPM's beach club, which will utilize everything it can to rival even the best of Las Vegas' popular beach clubs.
