Relax and enjoy the luxury of a high class hotel suite and the newly renovated MGM Grand Hotel and Casino. You can party heartily or have a quiet, private celebration in one of these luxury suites that cost quite a bit of money, but are well worth the price. If you're looking for something a little less expensive you can always head to the Casino at Greektown. It's still upscale, just not as expensive. There are also multiple day spas in the area, for a Bachelorette and her party to visit in Detroit.
Daytime activities include visits to the multiple Detroit museums including the Henry Ford museum, which also offers regular events. There is also the Detroit Zoo, with its many amazing exhibits. If you come during the right time of year, you might get to experience the music of Detroit at the International Jazz Festival and the Brooks Music Festival.
