Vinyl Room Guest List
*Note: Las Vegas Guest List is a 100% FREE service. We don't charge anything to put you on the list, but there still might be a cover charge to get in, even if you are on the guest list. Our team will reach out with all the details.
**Early arrival is always a smart move — get there before the room fills up if you want to settle in early.
***Because Vinyl Room is brand new, we don't yet have a confirmed guest list cutoff time. We'll update this page once we've run enough groups through to know the pattern.
****The max amount of people per name on the guest list is 10. If you have more than 10 people in your group, you will have to make another submission. For example, Mike Malone +5 males and +5 females. If you have 12 people, you will have to add another entry for Chris James +1 male.
Vinyl Room Guest List for 2026
Vinyl Room took over the legendary 63rd-floor perch at Mandalay Bay once held by the Foundation Room, and it's a completely different animal than the gothic-mansion nightclub that ran there for over two decades. Live Nation and MGM Resorts International reimagined the space as a modern take on a 1970s Japanese high-fidelity listening lounge, with sweeping panoramic Strip views, curated vinyl records, and music memorabilia layered throughout, including a hand-installed wheatpaste poster wall celebrating the artists who've shaped Las Vegas' entertainment legacy.
Unlike a traditional Strip megaclub, Vinyl Room isn't built around a single massive dance floor — it's three connected spaces (the 78 Lounge, the 45 Dining Room, and the members-only 33 Room) that flow from happy hour and dinner into a late-night listening-lounge vibe. Good option if your crew wants music and views without the wall-to-wall crowd of a 75,000-square-foot EDM club.
Vinyl Room Details
Vinyl Room's music leans broader than a typical DJ-driven nightclub — sets span disco, funk, hip-hop, house, and vinyl-only sessions, with the room's programming shifting as the night moves from happy hour into late night. Recurring nights include Sunset Sessions, Rewind Wednesday, Hype Night, and Pura Vida, alongside rotating one-off events. Since this venue is so new, our host team is still learning the rhythm of the room and will keep this page updated.
How Does Vinyl Room's Guest List Work?
Vinyl Room is open to everyone as a walk-in lounge starting at 3PM daily, which is a different setup than a Strip megaclub that only opens its doors at night. For nightlife events later in the evening, guest list access opens at 9PM or later. Getting on the list is free, but it does not guarantee entry, and there may still be a cover depending on the night and the talent booked. If Vinyl Room books a bigger event or a name DJ, we'd recommend a VIP table or our paid VIP entry service instead of relying on the free list.
What is the Cost of the Vinyl Room Guest List?
| Gender | Cover Charge | Guest List |
| Males | $20-$50+ | Some nights are free with an even ratio. |
| Females | $20-$30+ | The majority of the nights are free. |
*Note: Submit your guest list entry, and we will get back to you with the details.
**This Caesar’s Nightclub requires an even ratio on the guest list on many nights, meaning the same number of ladies and men in a group, or more ladies than men, but not more men than ladies.
*** On some days, this nightclub offers an open bar or free drinks for ladies for a fixed amount of time. We will happily set you up with that for some Las Vegas drinking options.
When there is a popular artist on Fridays and Saturdays, they will usually have a hefty cover. For men, you can expect $30 to $50+ each, and for ladies, usually $20-$30+ each. Get on the guestlist for:
- Ladies comp admission.
- Men comp or reduced.
- We recommend early arrival before 10 PM as they tend to close the guest list early.
- Hard cut-off for the list is at 1 AM unless they close it early.
What is the Vinyl Room Dress Code?
Vinyl Room hasn't published a venue-specific dress code, but standard Las Vegas Strip nightlife etiquette applies. We have a complete guide to the Las Vegas Nightclub Dress Code that covers what works and what gets you turned away. Guys, a nice pair of dress shoes, jeans or dress pants, and a button-up or designer shirt is a safe bet. Given the room's elevated, design-forward vibe, we'd lean toward dressing a notch above what you'd wear to a beach club or a casual bar.
Security at Vinyl Room
As with any Las Vegas nightlife venue, expect standard security — bag checks and a wanded metal detector are common practice across Strip venues. Use common sense with anything that could be mistaken for an illegal substance, and carry proof of a prescription if you need one on you. All clubs and pools in Las Vegas are 21+ to enter, and you'll need a valid government-issued ID; international guests need a passport, since foreign government IDs won't get you in. Read our complete Las Vegas Security Guide before your night out.
