With the slew of holidays celebrated amongst the masses on the Las Vegas Strip, it's a rare occasion that anyone feels left out. Christmas fanatics, Veterans, Thanksgiving enthusiasts, and patriots of the United States all get to enjoy a Vegas iteration of their favorite holiday. Even the Pagans (and anybody that thoroughly enjoys candy and wearing costumes) get to experience what Las Vegas has in store for their holiday. October 31st may be best known for the cutesy princesses and superheroes that march up and down neighborhoods begging for candy, but in Las Vegas, a little sin is always present.
Each year, the masses gather at many locations in various states of dress (or undress). Sexy pirates, witches, and borderline whorish iterations of household pets litter the Las Vegas strip in celebration of All Hallows Eve. With the plethora of individuals donned in costumes, it is no question that the casinos along the Las Vegas Strip celebrate this devilish holiday in style.
The biggest annual Halloween party in Las Vegas started out as a small gathering of individuals with a common interested. What started out years ago as a guest list in the low hundreds quickly grew into a massive party sporting over 7,000 scantily clad guests. The annual Fetish and Fantasy Halloween Ball is Las Vegas' largest Halloween party and takes Sin City to a whole new level.
As can be expected in a city built on sin, the bulk of the party focuses on the "Fetish" aspect, with sex being one of the main drivers for the Ball. Performers dance suggestively on main stages throughout the event to a continuous soundtrack mixed by the events house DJ. Mixed within the overt sexual tension is a healthy dose of horror and fantasy, accentuated by roaming monsters and the occasional scare.
If the thought of a sexy Halloween doesn't tickle your fancy, than make your way to the MGM Grand for their annual Nightmare on 54th Street. In celebration of this dark night, the MGM transforms its famed Studio 54 into a hotspot for ghouls and goblins and offers Vegas' second most famous Halloween party. The horror ambiance is enflamed as bartenders and servers get into the spirit and don costumes to match the clubs chilling décor. Numerous costume contests and bountiful cash prizes add to the allure of Nightmare on 54th Street and help catch the attention of newcomers to a Halloween in Vegas.
In Sin City, there is no such thing as low key, and Halloween is no exception to this. Whether you're just traipsing down Las Vegas Boulevard or partying the night away in one of Las Vegas' famed events, the spirit of Halloween will be more than evident. For people that think Vegas is a freak show on any normal day, a Halloween in Sin City may be far too much for them to handle. Read our Halloween blog

I forgot to put my rating on my post. I am being generous giving it one star. I wish I could say this was an awesome party but I can sum the whole thing up in two words: IT SUCKED!!!!!!!! It wasn't anything more than a PG rated costume party that you could go to at your grandmothers house... Yawn... The closest thing to Fetish was the milquetoast whipping station...yawn.... And the drinks were way over priced, I mean come on $14 bucks for a little Jack and Coke and $3 bucks for a small bottle of water?? The Clark County Commission really screwed this Ball over by putting all sorts of restrictions on it and dress codes. No nudity, no latex, no anything. About the only thing you are going to see is a few butt cheeks (if you are lucky)... I have gone for the last 5 years and this year was the worst, even though the last 5 were pretty lame. Save your money and see if you can find an actualADULT costume party somewhere. - ( Halloween Las Vegas Review )1.0 on Oct 28, review by Gomez M.''Two words describe it...it sucked''
