Pai Gow Poker is a game played with a traditional deck of 52 playing cards plus one Joker (53 cards total) that combines elements of the ancient Chinese game of Pai Gow and the American game of Poker. Guests will receive seven cards and create two hands of play simultaneously; a high hand and a second high hand. The Guest's high hand is made up of five cards and the second high hand is made up of two cards. Both hands must be higher than the Bank hands to win. If one hand is higher and the other is lower than the Bank hand, it is a tie or push. If both of the Guest's hands are lower than the Bank hands, the Guest loses. Pai Gow Poker is played according to traditional Poker rankings and the Joker is used only as an Ace or to complete a Straight, Flush, or Straight Flush. Winning wagers pay even money and the House collects a 5% commission on each winning wager amount.
