NYC BACHELORETTE PARTY IDEAS
They say New York City is the city that never sleeps, and with good reason. At any hour of the day and night, you'll find yourself walking the streets with an exorbitant amount of people. You won't run into any obnoxious frat boys as this location attracts only the more subdued of crowds.
Getting back to that party atmosphere, which you my be looking for to fuel your bachelorette party, you can look to New York City's Marquee, which touts itself as an ultralounge. An even more intriguing nightclub space is tenjune, which provides three separate spaces for your party to inhabit. From the main dance floor to a more private space, tenjune takes what is best about nightclubs these days and amplifies it.
SHOWS:
You're in New York, so you already know that you've got on- and off-Broadway shows that can provide a bit of entertainment for your bachelorette party. What you may find missing from NYC's entertainment list is an extensive offering of strip clubs designed for women. Luckily, there is one available with the female gender in mind. Savage Mens Male Revue, located at Lucky Chengs on 1st Avenue. Get a taste of the East Coast's finest men and find out just how well they'll treat any visiting bachelorette.
DINING:
Trying to find a place to eat in New York City is just as easy as tying a shoelace. From one city block to the next, you'll find yourself in the vicinity of some of the United States' most amazing eateries. While the food may be delicious, you may come across the problem of space. A lot of New York's most delectable dining options are considered "holes in the wall", mostly because they literally resemble one.
If you're looking for a fine dining experience, though, you'll be pleased to find that, much like the small eateries, they are plentiful and just as attentive to their customers. Fine dining is at its best in restaurants like Le Bernardin, which received Zagats "Best Food Award" for 2012. Dine in style with your closest of girls as you indulge on an extensive menu of seafood. Not a fish eater? Le Bernardin also has some proteins and pastas that are better than some places that specialize in them.
When some people think of New York food, they immediately think of pizza; and rightfully so. To list every good pizza restaurant in the city would take up precious time you could be using on eating. Some notable mentions that are more than worth a try include Lombardi's, Una pizza Napoletana, and Patsy's Pizzeria.
Seeing as how this is your bachelorette party, you may be looking for something a bit more casual, but a step above a take-out joint. That's where a dive like the Shake Shack and a place like Rodeo Bar & Grill come in. You'll be able to leave behind that stuffy atmosphere of fine dining and replace it with something a bit more friendly.
