You might be surprised to discover that the Las Vegas gay scene feels a little less "city" and a little more "small town" than the rest of Las Vegas. Despite this feeling, there are plenty of entertaining gay bars for people to explore.

The gay entertainment scene revolves around bars, though there are gay oriented clubs and shows as well. The new Krave club is the first gay club on the Las Vegas Strip and it deserves a look. It has a prime location next to the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. Every night a different theme rules the club, which keeps the experience fresh. In the true spirit of fairness, Krave makes sure to host an all-ladies night for lesbians as well.

If you're looking for more Las Vegas gay clubs, you may want to check the so-called "fruit loop" on Paradise. This collection of strip malls contains a few gay bars and the Gipsy nightclub. Of course, if you're looking for a wild time, there are a few gay strip bars as well. Notably, the Golden Banana Club caters to the gay crowd.

Two shows that you may want to consider seeing at Lucky Cheng's and La Cage, both of which are oriented towards gay individuals. Take in a meal at Suede Restaurant and Lounge beforehand. The gay scene in Las Vegas is rather low-key so take a deep breath and roll with it.
