April Nightlife Guide Las Vegas

In most parts of the country, the month of April is the quintessential sign that the cold, dreary winter is ending. The trees start to get their color back, the air is filled with the chirping of birds, and the ground loses that frosty coating. When you live in Las Vegas, though, chances are you get those atypical signs of spring the month prior. In Las Vegas, April really offers nothing special save for a religious holiday so misconstrued that its mascot is a giant bunny. Anyway, here in Vegas it's easy for this giant bunny to be overshadowed by the slew of Playboy mascots prancing around - because honestly, which would you rather have hiding your eggs? If you're finding yourself at a loss for night time activities in the month of April than you just need to remember - You live in Vegas; there's always something to do.

Since the weather has had some time to leave its mark on the pools in the area, by the time April comes around, you can guarantee you won't freeze to death in any of the pools. You'll also find that the night air has completely lost the hint of briskness from the winter - so now is the time to start making the best of pools that are open late. If you're up for some sight seeing, you'll also start to find that the amount of clothing being worn in and around the pool area has greatly diminished - almost to strip club standards.

If you're looking to spend your Easter night on the town, chances are you're going to want to turn your attention to many of Sin City's five-star restaurants. While most locations will be offering a Sunday brunch, lunch and dinner menus will also be adjusted for the special occasion. Of course, anything where you pay up front (like a special holiday menu or a buffet with a per person cost) will seem to be an unusually high price.

For individuals looking to partake in a Las Vegas iteration of some Easter pastimes, certain clubs have been known to hold "adult-only" Easter egg hunts. In previous years, Vanity at the Hard Rock Hotel hosted the Dorm Days Easter Egg Hunt and Penthouse Party. The TAO Beach Club has also been known to host its own Easter egg hunt which has been previously hosted by Laura Croft and Angel Parrino.

If you're not a religious individual or just don't have any desire to celebrate Easter, you can at least revel in the fact that the weather will more than likely behave and give you plenty of opportunity to enjoy the night air poolside. If you would like to partake in some Easter-fair than your best bet is to make reservations at your favorite restaurant for you and your significant other (or group of friends). For the month of April, your best bet is to spend every night relaxing by the pool.
